SettleWise Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

SettleWise provides an AI-powered information hub, personalized guidance, and a marketplace to connect users with third-party service providers in areas such as immigration, housing, taxes, insurance, banking, and employment.

SettleWise is not a law firm, tax advisor, real estate agent, or licensed professional entity. All content on the Platform is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, immigration, or real estate advice. Users are strongly encouraged to consult with a qualified professional before making any decisions.

SettleWise makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided. The Platform may display content generated by users, AI systems, or third parties, which may not be verified. You acknowledge and agree that SettleWise is not responsible for validating the accuracy or “veracidad” of any information presented. Use of the information is at your own risk.

SettleWise may link to or allow you to connect with third-party service providers. We do not endorse or guarantee the services of any third party. You acknowledge and agree that any transactions or interactions with such providers are solely between you and the provider, and SettleWise shall not be liable for any damages or claims arising from such interactions.

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Use the Platform to transmit malicious code or spam.
• Infringe on intellectual property or personal rights of others.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

SettleWise may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SettleWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or reputation, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. SettleWise Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation, and any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
